Posey GSS Cushion incorporate LiquiCell bladder technology that offers superior protection against shear and friction. The low viscosity fluid filled bladders are incorporated into the cushion cover and utilize a series of strategically placed baffles that controls the flow of the fluid helping to dramatically reduce tissue shear stress. The GSS Deluxe Cushion’s gentle contour provides comfort and helps reduce forward sliding, and is constructed of comfortable and durable molded polyurethane foam. The cushion has been designed so that it’s edges can rest on the wheelchair frame while the flat bottom provides a level seating surface. The SoffTICK Supreme’s cover is a durable, comfortable, and waterproof 4-way stretch material with a non-skid bottom to prevent the cushion from sliding forward. Meets CA#117 flame retardancy standards.
