Our CareActive reusable incontinence panties and briefs look and feel like regular soft cotton undergarments. They do not require a disposable pad, because the protection is built in. A multilayer protection system, provides dignity and comfort, moisture wicking, moisture storage and a water proof barrier. Retains its goof look and function even after countless washings. Ideal for those with arthritis and dexterity challenges who have trouble positioning disposable pads.

• 2nd Layer: A wicking layer that effectively pulls the moisture away from the skin
