Slides easily on a bed sheet or stretcher pad thanks to the nearly friction-free surface. Special slip coating prevents the patient from sticking to the mover during transfers and results is less static buildup. No more wrenching pulls; nor more back strains. Uneven transfers are a breeze, the semi rigid board bridges uneven gaps. Radiolucent and artifact free, the shifter can be left in place during X-Ray procedures and minor surgery.
