• This chain set is for a pool lifter sling that has been discontinued by hoyer and is sold as a replacement part only.  We do not sell the sling that this chain was made for on this site.  It is not availble, do not order this chain set for any of the slings on this website.
  
• This chain set is for the Hoyer Original lifter with a two point hook up.
  
• This chain set may fit other  two point hook up lifts but is specially designed for the Hoyer Classic 2 point patient lifters.
  

NOTE: Please purchase patient lifter accessories and slings that are either designed for the model of patient lift that you have or you know from past experience will work with your model of lift.  Some slings and accessories will interchange with other brands of lifts but a lot will not interchange.
